EZcap is an innovative design based on Japanese technology and ideas, unlike traditional PET bottle caps or tethered caps, allowing the fixed ring to be easily removed along with the cap. This structure enables full separation of the bottle made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and the cap made from Polypropylene (PP), facilitating complete and effective recycling.

EZcap’s simple twist-and-pull mechanism eliminates the risk of losing the cap during use and allows the cap and ring to be easily removed together afterward. While the structure appears straightforward, overcoming technical challenges was essential to achieve this design. We ensured strength, reliability during use, and easy detachment while maintaining complete separation of PET and PP. This innovation embodies the fusion of Japan’s precision manufacturing and engineering excellence.

EZ1: The Cap

EZcap’s cap is securely attached, eliminating the worry of it falling off during use. Supported by EZ2 (the Upper Ring), the cap stays stable and in place.

EZ2: The Upper Ring

The Upper Ring connects the cap (EZ1) to the Lower Ring (EZ3), providing safe use and easy detachment when needed. This flexible structure allows for effortless separation.

EZ3: The Lower Ring

Fixed to the bottle, the Lower Ring detaches with a single pull after use, allowing for complete separation of the PET bottle and the PP cap, ensuring an environmentally friendly recycling process.
